Context and Challenges

Sabesp employees had difficulty in accessing information from other areas of the company, needing to resort to the support team to obtain it. This made decision making slow. The system had to be redesigned, which included challenges such as:

  1. Make information from all areas of the company accessible to employees in a simple and intuitive manner
  2. Expand equipment monitoring, increasing the volume of information available
  3. Decrease corrective maintenance and thus increase the availability of assets

Solutions Used and Equipment Provided

We install and configure servers to collect data using several interfaces

We organize the assets, collect the data and configure 100 thousand tags and 270 different types of assets 

We configure the hierarchical structure in PI AF and develop intelligent monitoring applications with notifications

We have created a friendly interface, with fast and reliable access to all information

We provide training on maintenance, configuration and usability of the PI system for Sabesp's administrative team
