Context and Challenges

Sabesp employees had difficulty in accessing information from other areas of the company and relied heavily on the support team. This made decision making slow. The system had to be redesigned, which included challenges such as:

  1. Facilitate access to information from all areas of the company for employees, in a simple and intuitive manner
  2. Expand equipment monitoring, increasing the volume of information available
  3. Decrease corrective maintenance and thus increase the availability of assets

Solutions Used and Equipment Provided

We install and configure the collection servers using several interfaces

We structure the assets, collect the data and configure 200 thousand tags and 270 templates for the PIMS system

We configure the hierarchical structure of PI AF, develop intelligent monitoring applications with notifications

We have created a friendly interface, with fast and reliable access to all information

We provide management training on maintenance, configuration and usability of the PI system
