Context and Challenges

A major manufacturer of speciality cheeses needed to have accurate and easily accessible production information. iTrack was deployed, not without some challenges in the process:

  1. Mapping the production processes, which included more than 140 variables
  2. Scan information from various paper sheets
  3. Guarantee access to:
    Analysis of stock
    balloon Physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory
    analysis Ingredients, yeasts and brines Temperature
    checklist

Solutions Used and Equipment Provided

We mapped the production processes of all the products, through an immersion in the factory

We hosted iTrack in the cloud, which did not require the installation of any equipment, server infrastructure or database

We adapted the system to the reality of the dairy, which was made possible by the fact that iTrack is fully registered

We have held weekly meetings to evolve the use of quality management, manufacturing and operation reports
