Adjusted income and transition figure

Learn how these two factors can present themselves as great competitive differentials for dairy products.

Traceability and yield control to produce more and better

Project Data

The moment we are living is really difficult. But, everything will pass!

No one survives without food. We need to continue working (with the proper safety for employees), making our products and supplying our customers, which are what we have most precious.

History shows that in moments of great restrictions like this great innovations are born, which can be responsible for the strengthening of companies that will stand out in the future.

What are we doing?

We are concerned with delivering concrete results for our clients, and we are also taking advantage of this moment to be better. When I say that, I mean helping the dairy is the goal on which we focus all our efforts.

We at iTrack have a commitment: to be a lever for dairies to improve their production efficiency! And we want to help them in the main difficulty they will have to recover from the crisis: to produce more efficiently, and thus be more competitive in the market.

How do you want to be when this crisis passes?

If nothing is done, production will return with the same problems already known. I remember my grandfather, who always says that "planting is optional, but harvesting is mandatory".

Technical performance and transition figure: a competitive differential.

We know the great variation in the milk from different producers. In this scenario, how to analyze and seek a consistent yield?

We believe that the yield target should be set according to the characteristic of the milk. From these characteristics, it is possible to evaluate how our production process is taking advantage or not of the potential of that milk.

We search for theoretical references and are able to gather all the requirements to evaluate your income based on the transition figure. Tank by tank, you will be able to compare the actual yield with the ideal (adjusted) yield, and also analyze the transition cipher of each component (fat, protein, EST).

Context and Challenges

Improving performance analysis will help you know where the problems are, where action should be taken. By improving these indicators, the product and process cost will also improve.

iTrack can help you with the analysis of this data!
