Yes. All Loop packages include training in the use of the tool and the mesh management methodology proposed by HMI.

How long does the Loop installation process take?

Loop setup takes from 2 weeks to one month, depending on the number of meshes monitored and the complexity of the process.

What infrastructure is required locally to install the Loop?

The Loop requires a local collector, with access to process data via OPC DA and the Internet. The minimum configurations of the collector are: Dual-core 2.3Ghz processor 8 GB RAM Windows Server 2016

What's the sales model for the Loop?

The Loop is licensed by number of meshes monitored, in packages that can be paid monthly or annually. There is a setup fee, which applies at the time of installation and configuration. After that only the licensing of the loops is charged.
